House designer

Mark Churley

Starting out as a naval architect designing submarines and luxury yachts, as well as innovative new products and services for the defence industry, Mark then did an MBA and spent 20 years working in product and service design in technology and financial service businesses. He has proven project management and delivery expertise on large-scale change programmes. Since 2003, he has been renovating residential properties, with hands-on experience of building, carpentry, roofing and joinery, and he also has a property investment business specialising in luxury co-living spaces. Mark brings a wealth of practical and visionary design skills to our company.

Interiors and finishes designer

Susannah Pearce

With a successful and award-winning background in content marketing, Susanah has a passion for design and is skilled at bringing together a vision and team to deliver a creative project. Her role focuses on interior design, sourcing suppliers and architectural details. As a mum of four young children, she is enthusiastic about those high-pressure areas in the house that often get overlooked, such as storage in entryways and laundry facilities, and enjoys helping busy family homes work better. With an eye for costs, she is well practised at bringing together a look on a budget.
